Welcome to Agoura Web Design. By accessing our website, requesting a free mobile layout review, or hiring our team for design services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Agoura Web Design provides visual design, user experience optimization, layout restructuring, and local digital presence updates using modern no-code platforms. We specialize in enhancing website layouts for smartphone responsiveness and performance.

2. Client Responsibilities

To complete project builds efficiently, clients must provide all necessary business information, high-resolution project images, branding assets, text content, and platform access in a timely manner. Agoura Web Design is not responsible for project delays caused by a client’s failure to provide these assets.

3. No Guarantees or Financial Liability

We do not control search engine algorithms, third-party hosting networks, or external local market conditions. Therefore, Agoura Web Design makes no guarantees regarding specific search engine rankings, lead volume, or business revenue increases. We are not liable for any financial losses, website downtime, or technical errors caused by third-party hosting platforms (e.g., Wix, Squarespace, Framer).

4. Payment Terms & The Deposit Security Rule

Project Deposits: All flat-rate website build projects require a 50% non-refundable upfront deposit before our design team begins any layout work. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full immediately upon project completion and before the final website ownership is transferred to the client.
Monthly Retainers: Monthly recurring packages are billed automatically on a month-to-month basis. Clients may cancel their recurring package at any time with a 7-day notice before the next billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property & The "Kill Switch" Clause

Agoura Web Design reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
